Question by The Clown Prince of Crime

Granted the match may not be as bad a** as any of Taker’s last 4 WM, but it would still be memorable like Hogan vs Vince at WM 19 or Vince vs HBK at WM 22.

Vince is obviously a far bigger threat than Barrett, Jackson, and Corre (not to mention far bigger name and credibility as well). And it’s not a feud that has been overdone like against Kane. And seeing how Taker vs Barrett/Jackson/Corre is badly received by at least 90% IWC, revealing Vince as Nexus’ true leader and the one who ordered the attack at Bragging Rights.

Taker vs Vince at WM 27, and then Taker vs The Corre from Backlash to Summerslam sounds pretty good for me. None of The Corre member is worthy enough to follow Batista, Edge, and Shawn Michaels twice, so why not having the owner of the biggest sports entertainment company to be added, right?

And if we’re gonna see a squash match from Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27, I’d rather see it against someone with legendary name than a rookie who isn’t guaranteed to last.
@Silent One:

No offense, mate, but Taker in in a far better shape than someone who got stroke twice.

Question by Tony Schiavone

ALOT of people in the IWC especially hate on him. They think he ‘killed WCW’ single-handedly, which to me is a bunch of bullsh*t. It was a combination of MANY things that killed my beloved WCW, but the ultimate blow was the AOL execs no longer wanted ANY wrestling on their networks anymore, period.

I’ve always liked Russo. Did he have some god awful ideas? Yes he did. So hasn’t Vince McMahon, Bill Watts, Jim Herd, Verne Gagne, and several other writers/bookers/promoters. I’ve always defended Russo, to an extent. I like how he, in part, kind of changed the way wrestling, and WWE in particular, showcased their characters. Yes, ECW was doing it before him, but we’re talking WWE here. He made the characters shades of grey. I was just watching a shoot with him and Ferrara, and ALOT (not everything) of what he said made alot of sense. He made WWE more realistic in terms of how characters would react in situations, which brought alot of fans in that had before looked at the WWF as ‘cartoon wrestling’, and a good amount of credit should be given to him for, in part, creating the most successful era WWE ever had.

BQ: If by the grace of God Russo were to come back to WWE to write, do you think he would improve it at all? Or was he a one hit wonder?
This isnt with me personally, but I think a reason why the Attitude Era, to some fans, was the only era that ‘didnt suck’ was because, again, the characters and storylines were more realistic. The faces would react in ways that people would react in real life if they had an issue with someone, as opposed to the usual ‘white hat’ face that never broke the rules or went that extra sadistic mile. Things were no longer black and white, and I think that reeled alot of people in

In true Russo fashion, I’m a shade of grey. I think he takes every bit of abuse which is directed towards the federation he is in. Sometimes his style of booking works, for example, Stone Cold Sharkboy was hilarious. But booking screwy finishes for big PPV main events is always a bad idea and he does it all the time. I would like to see him booking the undercard and another booker doing the higher up matches. My main issue with Russo is that he never learns from his mistakes; he does something, it turns out sh1t so he does it again.

So yes, he has had some good ideas, he’s done some good things, he’s made some right moves. But overall, especially right now on TNA, he’s more of a detriment than an asset.

Question by Waterpillar – WP – Eve Torres is AWESOME

The Rock is called a sell-out because he left Professional Wrestling and wanted nothing to do with it.

Why does no one call Vince McMahon out for being a sell out? He is trying to take “Wrestling” out of World Wrestling Entertainment. Have you not heard that Vince wants to refer to WWE as ONLY WWE? He no longer wants to refer to it as World Wrestling Entertainment? Right now, WWE means World Wrestling Entertainment, but if Vince actually does this, WWE will mean WWE. Sounds stupid, but we ARE talking about Vince McMahon here.

Vince McMahon is the man who ruined his women’s division giving the entire IWC the false impression that they suck, can’t wrestle, and should all be models. He is the man who ruined the tag team division. So yes, Vince is capable of doing something THAT stupid.

It is no secret that Vince doesn’t like wrestling. He doesn’t like that his claim to fame is a sport that is frowned upon by other sports for being “fake”. It is obvious He wants to be known as the man who made Sport Entertainment into what it is today rather than be known as the man who made Professional Wrestling into what it is today. Honestly, the second one sounds better.

Vince McMahon is slowly destroying what he worked so hard to build. His dad would be ashamed of him.

So why does everyone call The Rock a sell-out but not Vince McMahon? In fact, why do they call all the wrestlers who went to TNA sell-outs? Vince McMahon is the one who is trying to go away from wrestling, not The Rock.

NOTE: This question isn’t about me trying to defend The Rock, he was just the easiest example I could find. This question is more about me bashing Vince McMahon.

So what are your thoughts?
Ted, when did I say you said that everyone who goes to TNA is a sell-out? Don’t twist my words.
@jackie

READ what I said! Here is a direct quote from me, “NOTE: This question isn’t about me trying to defend The Rock, he was just the easiest example I could find. This question is more about me bashing Vince McMahon.” STFU about The Rock, FORGET I ever mentioned him.

Question by the man who farts

I think so, because people hate vince and john cena is good friends with him and on of vinces faviorte wrestlers, I think that is the REAL reason most(not all) people hate him, if he was the same gimmick and hated vince and won the tna title, people on the internet would love the guy. More people in the iwc like hogan (still those who hate him a lot)again because he is trying to help tna, which is opposing vince. I notice when bret hart got back in decent terms with vince people still love him, but a lot turned their back on him ( i mean internet people, who are on spolier sites all the time), he was a god until now, then there is hhh, married into the family, he is not hated not because of accusations of speical treatment or abuse of power I think, but people hate vince and anyone close to the man. Just my opinion.

Question by The Deity of Debauchery

I see on boards like this and different forums that Vince’s vision of a champ has affected what we see a champ is. I mean most of his thinking I’m certain some of us are ok with smaller champs, I know I am. I have seen some people felt Rey was too small to be champ. His victories didn’t make any sense. He doesn’t deserve to be in the World title division because he is small. That’s Vince thinking. So do you think Vince affects the IWC’s thinking? If he does then where does this show up?

OQ(Optional Question)- Rate me as a user.
First dude, you realize there is another question before that one.
