Yes; orange, yellow, and green bell peppers are just fine and a great source of vitamin c which guinea pigs need every day. Red bell peppers have the most vitamin c concentration. Guinea pigs, like us humans cannot supply their own vitamin c.A healthy guinea pig should be getting at least 15 to 25mg per day. Pregnant guinea pigs need to be given extra vitamin c to prevent scurvy in both the pups and the mother, 30mg should be given to pregnant guinea pigs or you can use the rule off 5 mg per pound. Sick and/or injured guinea pigs need at least 100mg per day until fully recovered. Don’t worry about giving to much vitamin c as it will be expelled during urination. Vitamin c can be given through veggies and fruit such as:
1cup of sweet fresh red bell peppers= 283.1mg
1cup of fresh sweet green bell peppers= 119.8mg
1cup of fresh strawberries= 97.6mg
fresh oranges= 95.8mg

I am really into canning lately and between my mom’s garden and mine we have a bumper crop of zucchini, bell pepper and tomatoes. Looked around online and didn’t find anything that fit the bill, I’d like a recipe that can be used to preserve these goodies for the winter months.

Plus I have a big bunch of dried cilantro hanging in the garage that I would like to do something with.

Go to cooks.com and type in what you want.
I make zucchini sweet relish which is much better than the usual.
You can shred the zucchini and freeze for making zucchini bread in the winter.
You can chop and freeze the bells for use anytime.
The tomatoes can be peeled and frozen for stews or whatever or they can be canned.
You could make salsa and can or freeze it.
Spaghetti sauce can be made and frozen for future use.
It is endless as to what you can do.

All bell peppers are fruits of the same plant, Capsicum annuum. Most start out green and as mature, they take on the different colors, such as red, yellow, orange, ivory, and even purple.
Because the green ones are picked sooner and, as a result, require fewer resources, they are less expensive than their colorful counterparts.

Color of mature fruit varies with cultivars/variety.

1. I think all the wrestlers leaving for TNA is the worst thing that happen to WWE during the era.
2. It had the undertaker vs HBK match, but other then that…..yeah. Money in the Bank was okay?
3. Yep. HHH vs Randy Orton wasn’t that bad either. Good feud, crappy match at Mania though.
4. Hey. They beated DX at SummerSlam. Gotta give them props for that. And they are second generations superstars.
5. Yeah. Pretty much sums it all up.

7. Sadly, yes. He is like the face of WWE at the moment.
8. Does that not include the one hour fight between Cena and HBK on Raw? If no, then yeah. That match was PPV material.

10. Well, not only would it mark Cena ending the streak, but it would be the first time Taker actually taps out. So its two big deals. I wouldn’t want it to be Cena though. So yeah to the comment where wrestling practically dies.
