Matt Korklan aka matt sydal/evan bourne has been a wrestler since october 2000, he is a great
in ring technician mixing ametuer wrestling, gymnastics and martial arts with american,british, lucha libre and pureso into his style. In 2005 he became main stream wrestling’s most wanted and traveled
all around the map till he crash landed in WWE and continued to impress. Matt is friends with many
important people behind the scenes such as Ricky Steamboat, Jim Ross, Rey Mysterio and even
John Cena, a former marketing employee is a great business man and is known as one of the most
sincere wwe employees and is extremely approachable. Matt has proven he is a reliable face for the
biz of wwe wether it is jobbing to up-coming stars and doing his best to sell and put them over or the
chances he gets to show us his hybrid style in a match and heavy rumors of a push are positive

John Morrison-appeared on tough enough as an indepedent wrestler and co-gym coach as he showed off his flexiblity he showed that despite his flashy style he had great talent technically and
took the tag and midcard scenes up an explosive notch. Morrison has been a wrestler for about 8 years having earned his wrestling license in 2003. Morrison is often over rated by the iwc but that doesn’t take away from his epic skills in the the sqaured circle.

the positive: both are amazing catch-hand wrestlers, both have a similar style, in there technical
games Bourne tends to work the limbs with karate kicks to the legs and judo inspired takedowns
targeting the arm, both men target the upperbody well with flash manauvers and there finishers are
very stunning and perfectly performed.

The cons-both are ok on the microphone both have hopped back and forth from cocky heel to the
happy go lucky babyface during their careers. Evan Bourne nails his facial expressions and has
improved a lot on believe ability he is better than the likes of Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio on the mic
but isn’t in the league of jericho, miz or cm punk, john cena and the rock. John Morrison is solid as a
heel but has trouble taking himself seriously as a face and trying to keep his “mojo” intact at times.

Evan Bourne has over 65 manauevers in his arsenal from over the past decade of his career while 30 of them are cut down by WWE, Morrison has around 17-30 moves in his moveset/arsenal.

my choice is Evan Bourne/Matt Sydal, more experience and physchology in the ring.

If John Morrison was to win the WWE Championship, and Christian win the World Heavyweight Championships. What would be your opinions on this and why?

We all know the IWC is crazy for John Morrison and Christian. They want both of them to win World Championships. I can care less for John to win a World Championship, especially after the altercation with him and Trish. As for Christian I think it would be awesome to see him as World Champion…

So my question is: How would you react if they BOTH won there Championship matches tomorrow night at Extreme Rules?

Why might Morrison not have the same mass appeal/marketability as Cena has had over the past 5 years?
He has the charisma, the look, the athleticism, the work rate etc…
He appeals to children (free sunglasses), women (handsome man) as well as the male audience to an extent (his promos might have been better when he was a heel, but at least as a face he is allowed to perform more high risk maneuvers which usually excite most people in the crowd).

So, what possible reason could the WWE have for not making the swap? Do steroids fit into this at all? Or maybe the WWE doesn’t want to tamper with the ‘winning’ system (as long as the purple t-shirts are selling, business is running smoothly)? It’s a little unfair on the IWC. Some people might not actually want to see Orton-Cena facing off for the 50th time at next year’s WM.

If not Morrison, then is there anyone else who could fill that role as lead face or shall we be sentenced to at least another 5 years of watching Cena win or at least take part in the main event of WM?

Might be an indicator that John Morrison might win EC, or at least is coming close to Main-Event status. It’s no secret that Vince doesn’t think John Morrison is main-event capable, yet a lot of people in the WWE do. This past week saw a side of John Morrison that we have not seen ever, a brawling side. Typically when this happen a big change comes to the superstar, whether it’s a push, heel/face turn, etc. I thought for your typical high flyer, Morrison looked fairly good brawling except for him seeming very stiff, such as when Mason Ryan pushed him and he took forever to get up. However, because of that I think he was maybe in pain, sick or something else that day. Anyways maybe it was a test for Vince to see a different side of Morrison. It could mean that JoMo wins EC tonight, or that Vince rather have him as a heel and maybe feud with Cena after WM, which I think is more likely because how sure WWE seems to having Cena win EC. John Morrison also got some nice pops, and it he has 99% of the IWC as their favorite. Either way, do you think he will have a push or a heel-turn?

I see so many people of the IWC that hate John Morrison, and I really don’t see why. I know his microphone skills aren’t those of a legend, but he is really good in the ring! He’s about 400x better than The Miz, yet Miz is an internet darling.

I don’t understand this. Don’t the IWC hate John Cena because he can’t wrestle for shit, and because he got his push by sucking the bosses’ dick and doing charity events, etc? Well that’s the same case for Miz. Miz can’t wrestle and he’s only being pushed because he’s a company man. The IWC (I know I’m a part of it, so don’t even mention that) are a bunch of fvcking hypocrites.

Miz can speak on the microphone, but he still can’t wrestle to save his life.

Anyway, back on topic, why does everybody hate John Morrison so much? Explain why because I must be missing something.
