I know this never happened in the series but if it did who do you guys think would win in a Jacob and Edward fight? The upside that Edward has is the fact he can read minds so that’s an advantage on his part; but when Jacob phases he is like 10 bigger than Edward. So who do you guys think would win?

I would have to say so. Jacob actually has flaws and characteristics that make it able for the readers to relate to him. We’ve all felt jealousy, we’ve all felt heartbreak and rage.
Edward Cullen in my opinion is a 2-dimensional character created by the inner fangirl in Stephenie Meyer. Seriously, his character annoys me with the gary-stu-ness.

Granted, I am older so I might be jaded. I just don’t get what exactly is so attractive about these characters. The vampire seems to be a depressive, condescending narcissist and the wolf guy seems horribly needy.
