It is annoying, but meanwhile Spammers know how to make it look like you are the one who is sending such mails. Got some of them myself, but since I know that I don’t send myself any junk mail, I just delete them. As far as I know, there is no other way yet to deal with such crap.

I suggest you look them up in the yellow pages. They are located in downtown Atlanta, but I don’t remember exactly where, sorry. However, I do know that they are in the Atlanta phone book. Just call and ask what their corporate address is. They’ll give it to you.

I am getting spam emails for various enhancement products and rolex watches listing my email address as the sender! I am not the sender. The content of the emails provides a link. How can this happen? I have changed my password several times.

I continuously receive obvious spam emails that are sent under the auspice of other Yahoo.com users. For example, I will receive an email from Joe.Smoe@yahoo.com but the email is obviously not from Joe Smoe as it advertises Rolex watches, Viagra, Medicare, or other spam trash offers. I even receive emails TO me that are FROM MY OWN yahoo email address! Some company / companies appear(s) to be pirating mine and other people’s Yahoo.com email addresses to broadcast spam commercial emails. I thought maybe my password had been compromised, so I changed it to another statistically very secure password, but that had no effect. How do I stop these buggers from exploiting my address?!?!

Check the sent folder to make sure its from your mail. If so change your pass word.

Jacob’s with Tomato and Cheese




Jacob’s Hi Iron biscuit topped melted cheddar cheese and sliced tomato. Sprinkled with a hint of Italian herbs. This is what I call a poor man’s breakfast (or lunch, or dinner).

How to: Cut the cheddar cheese to match the size of a Jacob’s cracker. Place two slice of tomatoes on top of it. Place the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the tomatoes. Put in a microwave for 15 seconds, just enough to slightly melt the cheddar. Sprinkle with some Italian herbs. Top with another slice of Jacob’s cracker. Enjoy!

If you accounts and other information keeps getting hijacked it means there is some spyware or virus on your computer that just records EVERYTHING you do, so when you log into something like yahoo, you are giving away your username and password. You need a real, legitanite, Anti-Virus/Spyware program to clean out your system and help protect you in the future. You will no doubt be flooded with people recommending “Free” protection programs and you need to remember, when it comes to security, you get what you pay for and when you pay nothing, you get nothing. The best security program available is Norton 360. It is Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, has active Fraud Monitoring, offers Back-up and Restore Protection, as well as Windows and Hard Drive clean up and Optimization. Another good program is WebRoot SpySweeper which you can get as just Anti-Spyware or get it with Anti-Virus too. I use both Norton 360 and WebRoot Spysweeper for a double layer of protection and I have never been infected by anything. Just remember, when running these programs to remove a threat, you need to disable Windows System Restore to prevent the virus replicating it’s self in the System Restore folder. To disable System Restore click, Start, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, System, and then the System Restore Tab and then select Disable System Restore. Real programs like Norton 360 do not need to be run in Windows Safemode and will actually not run at all and it will tell you to just run it normally in Windows and to disable System Restore. Just make sure to disable the internet access, like unplugging the network cable, so the virus can not redownload it’s self during the scan.

While it is NOT possible for two people to have the same e-mail address, spammers have gotten pretty good at spoofing their address, even the address of the person they’re mailing.

In computer networking, the term IP (Internet Protocol) address spoofing refers to the creation of IP packets with a forged (spoofed) source IP address with the purpose of concealing the identity of the sender or impersonating another computing system.

You can’t stop them. Hackers routinely usurp email addresses to send out millions of spam emails a day. This will continue for a week or so and then you address will be dumped for a new one to make tracing more difficult.

There is nothing you can do.
