Arigato (Thank you) for your advice in this matter! I wrote 5 books on watches and use abbreviations in them to save space. RDW = Round Dress Watch, and 4fa = 4-function (hour, minute, second & date) automatic (self-wind)! I own over 50 watches, including some nice RDW2fm (hour & minute only manual-wind) models by Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier, Piaget, etc. and a few RDW3fm (hour, minute & second manual-wind) watches by LeCoultre, Tiffany & Co., IWC, etc., but my 4fa watches are all Sports Models, so I need a few Dress Models as well. To buy all 19 watches listed would cost at least $ 298,499, so I could do that, but I do not really want so many of one type. My Blancpain “1735″ cost $ 1,000,000 in 2000, and my Vacheron Constantin “Tour de l’Ile” cost $ 1,600,000 in 2006, so I can easily pay $ 298,499 for 19 fine watches. I wanted advice on choosing a few of the ones available now. I already own watches by 12 of the brands listed but not by the 7 other brands. I hoped someone had experience with them.

I work out , I am 21 and about 170 pounds about 5-8 ( at worst 5-7.8 lol)

I diet correctly

I use whey protein with creatine from vitamin world .. and omega 3 1000mgs every day and b12 5000 mcgs every week ..

I want to get an andro or test boost and 6-oxo looked amazing..it is banned so what should I look for instead and should I keep using the other products with it?

also whats a good product that is cheap?

I am looking for testosterone boosters , estrogen blockers ( a mix if possible) and andros

6-oxo isn't banned as far as I'm aware. I think this got into the media due to a baseball player who after testing positive for Anabolic Steroids pointed the finger at a particular brand of 6-oxo, causing a major stink in the process and rumors it would be banned, as far as I'm aware it never was!

I was put on a beta blocker when I became pregnant because my blood pressure was elevated, when I was 14 weeks pregnant. My OB seemed to think it was chronic hypertension, since it was pretty early and my BP was pretty high. That was about a year ago. I developed preeclampsia after having my baby and had to go on 3 different blood pressure medications to control my blood pressure. My GP then put me on only one medication (propranolol) 40 mg 2xs a day. My life has calmed down a great deal, and my blood pressure ranges between 110/80 to 110/70. My question is, how do I know that it is because of the medication. I am so very worried about taking a drug that I don't need. How would I know if I no longer need the medication? I eat very healthy, and I take care of myself. High Blood pressure does run in my family. But that is my only factor. I'm not overweight, I don't eat salty food, and I avoid caffiene. My diet is rich in omega 3's and I try to get out and exercise as much as I can with 2 little ones. I just don't want to be taking a drug I don't need. How do I know if I need it? or don't need it?

The medication is obviously doing what it should be doing. You should be having this discussion with your doctor and maybe, you can try cutting down the evening dose with the doctor's permission and see what happens to your blood pressure. If it starts rising, the med will have to be resumed back at it's previous level and you will need to continue this for a lifetime.

Go to your doctor and ask about reducing your medication to see if your blood pressure remains under control. Under NO circumstances stop taking a Beta Blocker because it is dangerous. You have to have the dosage reduced to get off this medication.

You need to go to a cardiologist. They're the doctors that know about the heart, blood pressure and often prescribe beta blockers rather than others.
