Success is not a feeling nor is it easy work. There are only two ways to achieve success and that is by hard work and your goals. Goals represent a persons dream, and as a result when you go out in the working world, you try to make your dream a reality. Success is a word, but what defines success is your career, and life goals. People often say goals are keys where they unlock doors of success into your life. But let me ask you this, what is success? Is it having a bucket full of money? Or is it being around your loves ones? It really doesn’t matter which one you choose, if you want success you need goals, and with time and hard work your goals will soon turn into success.
More specially, five years ago my cousin brother Aman graduated from Wisconsin Business School. Everyone has their own goals; my cousin goal was too have a construction business. So when Aman graduated, he returned back to, British Columbia. Little as Aman knew the obstacle between Aman and his goal was his grandfather. If you want to start a business, you require a lot of money, and Aman grandfather had a lot of money, but the problem was that he wanted Aman too go to medical school and become a Surgeon. “Aman…. don’t waste your time you arnt a kid anymore stop this nonsense and go to medical school and become a surgeon.” Aman refused and as a result his grandfather kicked him out of the house. When my dad heard about this he was awestruck and he phoned and went to go pick up Aman so he can live with us while he tried to pursue his dream. Aman proved that he is not quitter. Aman found himself a job as a truck driver and he was always working day and night. Within three years Aman earned three hundred thousand dollars.
Essentially, Aman was able to earn adequate money to start his business. Once Aman earned his money Aman made his farewells and made accommodations in New York City. Than in seven months we got a phone call from New York City, and it was Aman, he talked to my dad and with in a couple of minutes I saw a smile on my dad’s face where I never saw before. I can’t remember much, but I do remember this much I head my dad say to Aman “You sure proved your grandpa wrong.” Seconds later my dad gave me the phone. I head Aman say “Sav come to New York I want all of you to see my new construction business.” I never heard Aman so happy and delighted I could tell right away he was happy with his new life. The next week my dad and I went to New York and when we arrived at the airport we saw Aman except he was wearing a Rolex watch, he had five hundred dollar shoes, he was wearing a five thousand dollar suit, but what got me all astonished was his car. He was driving a B.M.W M3.
Specially, Aman within a couple of months Aman made a multi million dollar company. To Aman that was his goal and it brought him success, which is way he is my role model, not because he is rich because he worked hard in achieving something. In fact Aman success was head all the way down to British Columbia through my dad of course and when Aman grandpa heard this he was awestruck and also very aggrieved. In a month Amna grandpa went to New York to visit Aman and apologies. “Aman can you forgive me I was wrong to tell you to abandon your goals.” At first Aman didn’t apologies, but with encouragement from my dad and mom he did. Yesterday when I asked Aman do you think goals ensure success Aman replied by sayin “Success cannot be earned over night, someone doesn’t just buy or get success, you have deserve success through your goals and your hard working trying to make your goals a reality.” This one of the reason I look up to Aman he is an intelligent and a hard working man.
Billions, of people world wide are not aware of the true meaning of success. Success is not about money, and being with your loved ones, all success basically means is to establish and fulfill your goals. As I continue to grow there is one thing I keep on hearing, the only difference between successful and non successful is that the successful people don’t think about success all they think about is how establish their goal by hard work and chances are they fulfill their goal and become successful in the same time, where the non successful people only think about success which is their only priority so they don’t know how and what to do to become successful in other words what I am trying to say is that non successful people don’t have real goals they only want success and the only thing that is getting in there way is that they don’t know how to get fully get success. They may open up a company, but with no goal other than to get success they will fail and nothing more, only because of there selfish goal. So I would recommend goals are necessary to ensure success.
